weightsMy number one rule is that you cannot out-train a bad diet. Period. You have probably heard it or read about it before and you are about to learn that it holds true in my books. However, while you work on your food game there is no reason you can’t incorporate some exercise into your daily routine – I will be the first person to encourage you to do it. If you have never stepped into a gym before or only hid in the cardio room, because all other areas felt incredibly intimidating to you, fear no more. Most people don’t know what they are doing in the gym anyway, many of them are just going through the motions and those you have it figured out don’t really pay much attention to other people.
